Question about possible widget/plugin...

Before choosing to use Studiopress, which I am glad I did, I had seen some templates on Template Monster website. I will link the specific one for reference. But anyway I loved their take on a movie review template they created and wanted to know if someone could either help me create one like, not exactly, but similar. Or if this is one already made that I could go and get somewhere besides paying the $85 and even that price is temporary because someone could come behind me and pay more money and I lose the ability to use it anymore. Which I think is stupid, but I guess that's their business model.

Let me know if I can get that same type of boxes with the stars rating, comment number box and title with a little picture that is all one box that leads to the actual post page.
