My Background Is Not Showing Up

I am wondering if someone can look at this code. I can see it on my end, but it does not appear in firebug. I have added a background image that is meant to fade into a color. I have added an image file in my FTP client called bg.png and also added it into my css. I waited all night to see if it was a cache problem, but it doesn't seem to be. Can somebody look at this code to see what I am missing? Thanks.

I have my blog down in maint. mode right now and I am the theme I am using Landscape.
