Agent Theme not displaying correctly in Vista

Can anyone fill me in on why my Agent Theme is displaying correctly on ALL platforms even Windows XP - However, anytime I view the site on Windows Vista it displays incorrectly - I've dug through the page code and tried to find an improperly used DIV tag or a non-closed DIV tag but I don't see anything - and if that were the case wouldn't it display incorrectly in other browsers. Good Ole Windows Explorer and Vista strike again.
