Staff Directory

Hi!

I'm new to WP and StudioPress but am really with the results so far: www.amadorvalleyhs.org

The site is not live yet because I obviously need to work on loading the information. One thing I would like to do is create a staff directory for the page. Kind of like the one seen on this page: http://woodsidehs.org/?id=10

There are two things that I like about this arrangement.

First, the names are organized and sectioned off by the first letter of the teachers' last names. And the second is that there are anchors that can help the user navigate to these sections easily.

My question is whether there is a plugin to do something like this or whether I simply need to create the anchors to direct people to the right names?
