Get Rid Of Thumbnail Next To Facebook Like Button

Get Rid Of Thumbnail Next To Facebook Like Button

I used the simple hooks to add Facebook like button - it's on the right here: http://www.successdegrees.com/learn-online/

Is it possible to edit this so that it does not display the thumbnail image or say "Success Degrees on Facebook" and just show the like button and the count?

Also - I am assuming that this type of Like is for Liking the whole site, not the particular post - correct. It seems to slow down the site a bit.
