Hacking attempt / security plugin suggestions?

The Limit Login Plugin just sent me this email:

16 failed login attempts (4 lockout(s)) from IP: 5.39.218.137

Last user attempted: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

IP was blocked for 24 hours

Should I be concerned? Should I add anothr security plugin - if so, recommendations please?
