Creating a Custom Theme in the Genesis Framework

I am interested in creating a custom theme within the Genesis framework. I am curious if anyone knows if Copyblogger Media allows others to create child themes within the Genesis framework and sell them? I just want to make sure I'm not violating any rules or legalities before I commit to something like this.
