About to choose my first Child...

Hello and thank you in advance...

I am re-creating my website using Genesis...www.stlitsolutions.com. I wan't to optimize it and fix all the stuff that has been bothering me since I build it. As you can see, I am using WP mostly as a CMS. Does anyone have a recommendation for the child theme I could use?

I think Freelance is closest, but I am concerned that it doesn't have a custom header.

What exactly is a custom header?
