Default Wordpress Subfolder Not Created in the FTP

I did a site here - using WP (http://mycreativezone.com/)
I did another site for the blog - using WP (http://mycreativezone.com/blog)

Everything was ok before I left it and when I came back, I can no longer see the blog's login and can no longer do anything in it. Since the site is new, i just deleted the wordpress installation on the subfolder and reinstalled it. However, when I reinstall - it worked fine but when I was trying to load the images to the images/content folder, I saw that there is no subfolder (blog) created in the FTP. How is this possible? Did I mess up with anything?
