Default How Do I Handle This?

I have not worked with WordPress a lot and not sure how to handle this situation.

I would like to convert one of my sites to WP.. but the one thing I do not like about WP is that the sidebars are all the same on all the pages.

If I want the sidebars to have different things featured in each section of the site.. should I make 3 different directories and install WP in each directory so each section of the site can be more unique?
