Which Theme Would Require the Least Customization?

I am re-designing one of my sites and kind of know what I want.

I need the top header and top navigation to be across the top of the page 100% .. then 2 columns underneath with space for a featured image.

I started a page in DreamWeaver to show basically what I have in mind.. www.nationalcreditnetwork.com

I would appreciate any suggestions as to which theme you think I should use that would be the easiest to customize.

I am not all that familiar with WP and the customization always turns out to be a real challenge.
