My Transaction Number "has already been used"

My Transaction Number "has already been used"

I purchased the Pro Plus All-Themes package back in April. I thought I entered the Transaction Number then, but I've found I can't access the Theme Support forums. I dug up the download e-mail and found the Transaction Number, and now it tells me it "This transaction number has already been used to upgrade support on an account."

So, I can't access and I can't upgrade. What do I do?
