Agency theme tutorial

Being new to the community (and using forums in general) please forgive my naivety, but I have a silly question if I may. I just purchased Agency and wonder how I can get to the tutorial. When I try to access it I am informed that I do not have the proper authority to do so. Thanking you in advance...
