Default .qbid folder

Has anyone encountered a .qidb folder in their public html? I have never seen this before and thought that maybe it had to do with installing Wordpress from the cpanel of hostgator? I alsi had two htaccess files of which I deleted the one that had the date following it (.htaccess09202012).

Thanks,

John
