How to select a "top of page" post for Balance theme?

Question How to select a "top of page" post for Balance theme?
Hi.

I've just bought and installed Balance theme.

In the live demo at http://demo.studiopress.com/balance/ there is a top post "A mobile-responsive minimalist theme..." which appears in a grey banner at the top.

This is one of the main reasons I bought this theme. How do I enable it? I can't find anything in either theme settings or Genesis settings.
