Are we allowed to offer paid customization and set up in this forum?

I read through the rules but could not find a real answer. Are we allowed to make a post offering to set up and customize studiopress themes for people here in the general area? Of course this would a "charge for service" offer and would not be selling the themes, just the freelance work for people who have already purchased.

If not, thats cool, figured id ask before making any sort of thread.
