Adding pictures within the category view

Here's an example of what I mean from one of your satisfied customers:

http://theywillrockyou.com/category/interviews

For our categories, they just show text. Suggestions? They seem to have the Church theme so I'm guessing this is possible.

Here is what ours looks like:
