Default Is it possible to have a link in the main menu that launches a thickbox?

Hi there,
I have set up thickbox on my website and I have set up a page to launch in the thickbox.

Right now I have this:

[thkBC id="16" height="500" width="740" anchortext="Contact Us" title="Contact Us" type="iframe" html_wrap="p"]

When I add it to a page or widget it gives me a link that launches the thickbox and works great. However I really want to have the link be in my main menu bar in the header.

Is there anyway to add something like this to the menu bar?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You!
