Default **dummy Q** Menu dropdown

dummy question i'm sure for all of you.

I have 5 pages titled A B C D E.

I want to make a dropdown menu called "letters".

how to make that "letters" parent page without linking it to anything?

so far i created a dummy menu linking to homepage in appreance-menus and put the pages under it. but it sucks because people have to race clicking the subpage because if they're too slow it'll direct to homepage again n again. i don't know how to create just a blank parent menu

pls help. thks
