eNews Extended Plugin question

Hi all...
Just have three quick questions re: new eNews Extended Plugin..

1) I only use Aweber, so am assuming it is "better" to use this vs. creating a web form optin box in Aweber...a "better user experience"... right?

2) any tutorial/ help with how to customize it to look like my site's theme?

3) where do I download it?

Sorry for questions..and StudioPress just simply is the BEST I have ever used!
