Forum Integration

First, I want to say that studiopress themes rock and the support seems to be totally awesome. I have alot of bad experiences but just by reading the forums and "how-to's", I can see this community is unlike other sites I have been to.

Ok... enough flattery :D

I purchased the "All-Theme Package" and was wondering if any of the Revolution series is free with that package or are they even available for download anymore? I understand they may be a little outdated but there were some things such as Brian Gardener's PHPBB templates for forum integration. Getting those may make my life a whole lot easier.

Also, on the subject of PHPBB forum integration, is there any forum templates for the new themes either by StudioPress or any other third party? I have tried simple:press forums but they seem to not be so robust and my experience with PHPBB and WP-United has just been a nightmare. I have gone through the PHPBB forums,WP-United forums and the StudioPress forums and not much has helped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
