AIO SEO issue, not saving info on some posts

Default AIO SEO issue, not saving info on some posts
Hi, I have an issue with AIO SEO, I have installed this plugin and am trying to submit each post, on some of the posts it looses the information on saving, on others, it retains the information.
I can not see any difference between the posts it saves and the ones it will not save, they are all property posts in the similar categories etc.

I am using Agent theme the URL is here, http://offplaninbrazil.info
An example of a post that it is saving info for is; http://offplaninbrazil.info/?p=351
An example of a post that it is not saving info is; http://offplaninbrazil.info/?p=19

I am using AIO SEO, Version 1.6.4
I am using Wordpress, Version 2.8.3

I have been through the AIO support system but can't find anything about this intermittent? problem
