Default Media Uploader "http error" message WordPress 3.4.2

I upgraded to WordPress 3.4.1 and everything worked fine, but then I updated several plugins and now cannot use my media uploader. I can see the images uploading but then "http error" appears.

I have tried to deactivate all of my plugins but the media uploader still does not work.

I then upgraded to WordPress 3.4.2 in hopes of solving the problem but it didn't. Is there anyone else who has had this same issue and can help me?

I use the Church Theme and my website is http://refrainfromtheidentical.com/
