Pre-purchase questions

Is it possible to see how the Agentpress theme works before purchase. I need the functionality that is already programmed in, but am concerned about how customizable the taxonomies and other content is.

I know my way around wordpress, but not the php files. Can this be easily manipulated before I lay down $100 to find out?
