Parent child drop-down

Hi, I already have a Parent page and a drop-down page nested in the navigation. The problem is I would like to make a second drop-down off the drop-down. I know this to possible I have seen it on the demo site, I thought you could nest pages as deep as you want in the navigation.

Example:
About Us
- Contact Us
- Jacob K.
- James R.
- Meet Us

In theory I thought this would work, I have already created the pages and placed them where they should go. But when I publish and view it live... I see no additional drop-down menus.
