User Logs in and does not go to WP, only the site

Hi ALl :-)

Kind of an odd question... we have created several new USER today at CONTRIBUTOR status -- when they try to login,
http://dailyvenusdiva.com/wp-admin
w/ their usernames and passwords, it will ONLY take them to the main page of the site:
http://dailyvenusdiva.com
and will not log them in to the WP area to post anything...

Any suggestions?
