Is is possible to insert Google adblocks into...

Hi there

I'm not sure whether this has been answered before. Apologies if it has been. I'm just wondering whether it is possible to insert a rectangle google ad block into the middle section of the blog page. Kind of like in between the different sections. I've attached a pic showing describing what I'm after.
