Remove "YOU ARE HERE:" text from breadcrumb nav post / pages

I'd like to remove the "YOU ARE HERE:" from the breadcrumb nav at the top of posts and pages. Right now it shows like this: You are here: Home / Gym Info / Facility but I want it to just show: Home / Gym Info / Facility
