comment picture

this may be a rather stupid question, but I cannot seem to figure out how to put my pic into the comment area where it allows a pic. I thought this would be under profile, but nope. I went into the comment through the front end of the post, but only got a redirect to a gravatar maker that did not work. any suggestions.
