Renaming Theme and Forum Template

Hi,

I have a few questions.

Question 1) Assuming I'm allowed as a Developer Package holder to rename the template to something similar
to my domain name, what folders/files must I change to make sure it still works?

Question 2) I have the 3.0 version of Magazine, etc. I also have the forum template for phpbb3, which I assume
matches the magazine template.

If I use the newer studiopress version of Magazine, then will the older forum phpbb3 template still match?

Question 3) Are the older theme demos still available to view?
