Wrong Date format

Hi, as you can see in the following screenshot of my blog I have a issue related date format (the number 2) with Magazine Theme: http://www.nokioteca.net/NokiotecaBlog.jpg

Date format: I set my wordpress (in Admin control panel) to show date as j F Y but as you can see date format is F j, Y

Why? How can I fix this issue?
