Recent post whit tumbernail on homepage

Hi!

I have looking around on this forum but cant find any answere to my question...

How do i add recent post to my homepage ( http://www.spelgratis.nu/ ) As you can see i do not have any post on the right of the site. How do i add my recent post?

I even want to have tumbernail of one of each post. Or does it work to have 1 tumbernail for each category?
