Audio Player in sidebar

Hello!

I found this site http://www.gracelbc.net/ that has an audio player in the right sidebar using this theme, and I would love to be able to do the same thing. I would need to add songs every few days, so something xml I am guessing...

I went and looked at http://www.longtailvideo.com/ to see if I could find the player that they are using, but when using the wizard I can't find the correct layout.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
