Studiopress licensing?

I've got a two-part question:

I purchased the Lifestyle theme specifically for use at www.BigBlueBall.com. I own 19 other domains. Does my license allow me to use the theme on multiple websites, or do I need to purchase a license for each site?

Assuming I can reuse the theme on sites that I own (I haven't been able to find anything on the site that says otherwise), I'm eventually planning to sell off a number of my web sites (20 is way too many for me to maintain!). If I sell a site where I used the theme, is the license transferable?
