Theme Header

Hello, everyone,
I just purchased the theme. Having uploaded it, I found the header didnt appear to be like the demo one. Shouldnt it go from edge to edge of the page.

Also, I couldnt find the theme editor in 'Appearnce' in wp admin. I am missing something.

Grateful for your help.
