More than one blog page

I need to add another blog page to my site. I currently have one that all posts automatically post to and a separate blog page that is set up under the theme options as the blog category. How do I create another page that will only accept a specific category? Thank you!

I apologize if this is already listed, I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer.
