Thumbnail Appears fine but with some addional info

Hi,

Good Evening. Thank you for your help in advance.

This is the website

This is the additional info, which appears beside the thumbnail, it is the size of the thumbnail as set in the options and the title of the page

Any ideas would be helpfull.
