Change the colour, font, and style of the navbar.

Hey,

Jus wanna say thanks to start of with, all the help and support we all get from you guys, very much appreciated.

I'd like to change the way my navbar looks from this:

to this:

any ideas? also thers a hideous grey line right under the navbar, any way to remove that? i want also put a line in between the links like how its shown in the second pic.
