How do I modify hyperlink styles?

I'd like to have my hyperlinks appear in my text as underlined, without my hovering over them.

Here's the hover definition in my style.css:

a:hover {
color: #B2265D;
text-decoration: underline;
}

Where may I define the ordinary (non-hovered) appearance?
