How to make a separate page template for videos?

Default How to make a separate page template for videos?
I have my customization all done (thanks to a lot of help on this Support Board! :D ) for posts and subpages, but it has ads on it. I want to have a separate page template for videos with the only difference of no ads in the sidebar or in the header banner (or anywhere on the page, for that matter). How would I do that?
