Having issues with Tabber thumbnail

My site URL is http://buzzonthetube.com

I cant seem to get photo thumbnails to show on the tabber or any of the other summary boxes in the front page, the Title of the blog and text summary appears but not the photo on the blog, am trying to get the exact look on the magazine theme demo.

Can some one please help me out here.

And the Tabber has 6 tabs, how do I reduce these or increase as needed.
