Fatal error - New install

Fatal error: Class 'WP_Widget' not found in /home/ceoconsu/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/corporate_20/tools/enews.php on line 11

I just installed the corporate theme and activated it. The next thing that shows up on my screen is the fatal error above.

I don't know if this is an error on the theme's install or if it's something on my side.

I tried to search in the forums for the answer, but couldn't find anything.

If you know of any solutions or troubleshooting, please let me know.
