Q:Adding More Widgets to Side Panel

First let me say, you guys are great! Every issue I bring to you, you solve and not only that but teach me something about building a Wordpress site, each time. So thanks in advance.

Here's my question. Is it possible to add 300 pixel wide widgets (full column width) below the left and right side widgets?

So what I would like to have ultimately as they stack down the page - full width, left and right , then full width again.

Is this a matter of copying the code in the css and pasting below the existing code?
