Ordering thumbnails by tag

Hi everybody,

On my website www.tfaltings.de I like to have different thumbnails displayed on different websites:
- thumbnails of recent photos on the homepage,
- thumbnails related to category being displayed,
- thumbnails related to TAGS being displayed.

The first two are working fine. I solved it by using two different recent.php files and found the solution here in the forum. Thanks for that!

But now I need to solve the TAGS challenge! Anybody an idea?
