sub-nav options

Working on a site and one of the decision makers wants to have the sub-nav options to be in a horizontal line, as opposed to a vertical (traditional) way.

Anyone have a studiopress based site that I could see that does this? Any code willing to share?

General idea:
traditional:
Home
- one
- two
- three

instead will be
Home
- one - two - three

Thanks for any help, might be easy, just have not done it before.
