ShareThis Plugin not working?

I was checking around the ShareThis plugin support because the button will not show up on my blog (http://www.insighteastorlando.com) and one of their suggestions said it may be a conflict with the theme I am running.

Is this a conflict or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix?
