Default Sidebar mixed between php code and widgets

Hello,
I put some php code on my sidebar and I put some widgets that are appearing at the bottom of my sidebar.
But now, I would like to put my text-widget on the top of my sidebar on the top of the php code I put (not on the top of my widgets).
Could you help me with this?
I'm doing this because I'm interested about keeping the backends of this widget.
Thanks a lot!
