broken links from within site

Hi, I just noticed the all the links within the site are broken! I get "Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at http://www.accessart.org.uk Port 80"

The url is http://www.accessart.org.uk/sketchbook

I've made various changes to pages over the last few weeks to customise the site but have no idea where this error is coming from. I'd appreciate help!
