Shorten the text displayed in featured posts

At www.dinsigar.no I have a problem at the frontpage. As you can see it doesnt look nice when all the text in the post is displayed...especially when its a lot of text. Is there a way to only display a short summary of the posts? Just like in the other featured-parts of the frontpage.
