Hover Text on Featured Homepage Images

I am trying to see where the #tooltip is being called, so that I can adjust what is being displayed.

What I would like is for the tooltip to display the excerpt and not the full blog post. See http://digitalpure.com/development/icecream/

I was able to get into the css and adjust the size of the box from 200px to 300px to account for my larger urls.
